We are continuously improving the development of MeetingBooster and our goal is to provide a solution that exceeds expectations. Our service commitment is to resolve issues on the first call; however, issues that are not resolved within 2 business days are transmitted to our senior support agents, who work directly with the account management team and your company's designated support contacts to find a solution.
On Demand Training Videos
The MeetingBooster video library consists of on-demand training videos that cover the most widely used features of the service.
Premium Support Packages
Support Package hours are used for training, configuration and deployment support, custom documentation, integration with existing infrastructure, MeetingBooster product upgrade support and more. The Support standard hourly rate is $175 and subject to change outside of North America. Standard rates vary by resource level. Travel and expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
